Office Team

Scott Gerow, President and Owner
Scott and his wife Kimberly started Gerow Management Company, Inc. in 1996. Scott oversees the daily operation of Gerow Management Company, Inc. along with attending Board meetings and inspecting properties. Scott has been a licensed builder since 1999 although he has worked in the trades all his life. Scott has been married 34 years to his wife Kim, who is the Vice President of Gerow Management Company, Inc. They have three children, six grandchildren, two dogs, and a cat. Scott enjoys spending time with his family at the cottage. His true passion is fishing, whether it is a trip to Canada or on a local pond.

Natasha Biegalle, Property Manager
Natasha has been with Gerow Management since 2010. Her vast responsibilities include working directly with board members to ensure that all needs of the association are taken care of in a prompt, efficient and cost-effective manner. She handles correspondence between board members and co-owners and negotiates contracts with local vendors on behalf of the associations. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. Natasha resides in Sparta with her husband and two children.

Sara Cole, Administrative Assistant
Sara is responsible for the day-to-day tasks involved in property management, including assisting co-owners with maintenance requests, collecting bids from contractors and working directly with board members to make their jobs easier. Sara truly enjoys getting to know the residents of our associations and since 2003, finds her work extremely rewarding. Sara resides in Cedar Springs with her husband and their two sons.

Jaime Gerow, Facility Manager & Property Manager
As both our Facility Manager and a Property Manager, Jaime has many responsibilities. He personally oversees in-house and outsourced maintenance and handles all the maintenance scheduling to ensure that nothing is overlooked. Jaime is a graduate of Ferris State University where he earned both an Associate's in Architectural Design and a Bachelor’s in Facility Management. Outside of work Jaime enjoys playing guitar, bowling, and spending time with his wife and four kids.

Austin Mora, Maintenance Coordinator
Austin has been working with Gerow Management since 2009. He worked with the maintenance team for several years before making a transition to our manigerial team. Austin assists in maintenance scheduling and follow through with all service requests. Austin lives in Grand Rapids with his wife and two dogs, and enjoys coaching high school soccer and riding his bike.

Danielle Stulp, Financial Manager
Danielle began with Gerow Management as an Administrative Assistant, and has worked her way into a very fitting role as our Financial Manager. Her day-to-day responsibilities include paying bills, creating financial statements, and taking care of all other financial operations for all of our associations. When not working, Danielle coaches competitive cheerleading at East Rockford Middle School and spends time with her husband, two boys, and their dog, Dakota.

Amanda Lang, Assistant Financial Manager
Amanda assists Gerow Management in our financial department. Joining our team in 2017, Amanda brings with her accounting experience, a great attitude, and a bubbly personallity. Outside of work, Amanda spends time with her boyfriend and dog.

Caitrin Bergers , Assistant Property Manager
Caitrin joined our Gerow Management team in 2017. Caitrin brought with her managerial experience, and is quickly working to become another property manager for our team. She assists our property managers with the care of several of our associations. Outside of work, Caitrin spends time with her family and three-year old son.

Angie Clark, Assistant Property Manager
Angie brings to Gerow Management a lot of experience working in customer service. She handles the day to day operations of several associations. Her duties include assisting co-owners with maintenance requests, collecting bids from contractors and working directly with board members. Angie resides in Hersey, MI with her husband and three kids.

Maintenance Team

Eddie Arnold - Lead Irrigation Technician
Eddie joined Gerow Management in 2002 and has helped build and grow our maintenance team. Eddie is responsible for maintaining the underground irrigation systems for many of our associations. As a licensed builder, Eddie has always enjoyed hands-on work and loves working outside helping with general maintenance. He resides in Grattan with his beloved Jack Russell Terrier, Goliath.

Tim Woodworth - Lead Maintenance Technician
Tim is a prominent member of our maintenance staff. He has been with Gerow Management since 2005 and specializes in landscape reconstruction. Tim is a “Jack of All Trades” with a background in concrete work and pole barn/garage construction. As an avid hunter and fisherman, Tim enjoys working outside in all weather conditions and likes the camaraderie of being part of a team. His favorite aspect of working for Gerow Management is interacting with the homeowners and completing projects that enhance the beauty and functionality of their properties. Tim and his family live in Rockford.

Steve Kain - Maintenance Techincian
Steve has been with Gerow Management since the Spring of 2016. Steve works with the maintenance staff and brings a lot of knowledge and experience to the team. Steve brings with him a hard work ethic and an infectious personality to the jobsite everyday. Steve resides in Coral and likes to build custom ordered sheds in his spare time.

Louis Luneke - Maintenance Technician
Louis is the newest addition to the Gerow Management Team. Louis is eager to learn and ready to add value to our maintenance team. We are excited to have him help serve our customers.
